Easy access to Telford International Centre. Odd layout having to go through the gym to get to rooms. Strong smell of urine in the swimming pool. The member of staff working the bar delivered excellent customer service. Polite, effecient and made sure our meals were dleivered exactly as ordered. He had a short beard and a wrist brqce. A great asset to your business
