"Overall the stay was nice, rooms were quite even staying next to elevators and corner room, my only down side was option for breakfast not too many vegetarian options everything had meat in it, the chef was nice enough to make me stir- fry daily which one reason I thought this hotel had waffles or basic breakfast but I was fine with what I got, second day my hot water was gone, cold showers for next 4 days (not bad if you turn off a/c and open up door) but the staff was so nice and accommodating, overall I still had a good stay, made the best of it"

"I booked a stay here late Monday night after I made a trip to the airport thinking my flight home was Monday night like the rest of the group I came with but unfortunately I misread my itinerary. My flight was Tuesday night so I was left behind alone having search for a hotel. I chose The Quarter based off reviews, airport distance & pricing. Both the check in/out crew were extremely welcoming & nice to me. I had to extend my stay a few more hrs & the associates were very understanding & gave me no complications. The manager came out & even offer me a complimentary hr to check out & I couldn’t thank him more. My checkout was at 5pm from me extending it earlier that day after breakfast but he gave me until 6pm since my flight was not until 11pm. Thank you to the staff as an whole because I’ve been exhausted from being left here an extra day, alone as it’s my first time out the country & as a passport holder & these amazing staff members assisted me with care not even knowing the anxiety I had on me. Thank you so so much & I’ll absolutely book here again. My heart was filled with so much warmth & I felt extremely safe. Wish I remembered their names but I definitely remember faces , thank you again <3 ! "

"Pros: Extremely good location (right next to the Airport Rail Link), some of the staff were friendly Cons: Cleanliness is lacking, elevators were in various states of disrepair, and some staff felt very cold during my below issues. When I checked in during my stay, shortly after unpacking I killed a cockroach that crawled out from under my bed. On request they moved rooms for me, but the second room also had a cockroach that I killed in the bathtub. The third room seemed to be fine as far as I could tell, but all of this was during the middle of the night (while I was exhausted), and exacerbated by needing to go up and down the elevators that were literally held together by duct tape. If the travel convenience is worth the cleanliness concerns, then this budget hotel could still be a good choice."
