"This is an incredible hotel and one of the best experiences for a hotel in south east Asia. The standard is five star plus and being new the rooms are luxurious. We had a family suite and it had double aspect views and was incredibly luxurious (toilets with heated seats, jacuzzi bath, beds that are top end). The check in was the best I have experienced in any hotel and I have travelled the world to many hotels. (thank you Trainee) The games room for the kids was super fun, staff really friendly all over the hotel and the sunsets from the infinity pool were gorgeous. This might read overly positive, I am normally critical but this hotel is exceptional and a fabulous place to go back to after sightseeing in Bangkok."

"This hotel was amazing. Railway & MBK shopping attached to hotel. Staff was amazing . Housekeepers were like Ninjas . 100% Service with a smile. Loved our hotel room.. very clean, spacious & stocked . Location location location and #1 Customer Service . The pool area was large with ample seating . I will book here again when I return"

"My personal experience in this hotel was like anything I've experience in any other hotel before, Its a 5 start and more, the breakfast was really awesome, for me was like breakfast-lunch do to a variety of options, the staff is one of the most professional and courteous i ever encountered, my room was spacious, spotless, and had a very comfortable bed, bathroom amenities was very convenient, hotel is attached to a mall, location was good closet to many restaurants and train station. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. I'm very satisfied customer. Thank you."
