"I recently stayed at Motel 6 and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I have stayed at this location multiple times and have usually had positive interactions with the staff. Caren has always greeted me with respect and courteous service. She is consistently pleasant and professional, and it makes check-in a smooth and welcoming experience every time. Sara is also wonderful. Whenever I stay overnight, she checks in to see if I need anything and is always kind, helpful, and a joy to interact with. Unfortunately, my interaction with the manager, Emilio, was very different. He came across as extremely rude and unfriendly. Hospitality is a customer-facing role, and the way guests are greeted sets the tone for their entire stay. His demeanor was not welcoming and did not reflect the level of customer service I have come to expect from this location. I appreciate the excellent service from Caren and Sara, but I hope management addresses how guests are treated so that all visitors receive the same respectful and friendly experience."
