Overall perfect location, great breakfast, 100% will stay here again. Some highlights for us, we had an issue with our pocket wifi (battery inflated) when we were there. We bought the pocket wifi ourselves and picked it up from the airport. Unfortunately to return the broken pocket wifi to the company we bought it from and get a replacement is very hard to do ourselves since we don’t speak Japanese. Front desk helped us with this, they are so friendly and helpful. They also helped with storing our luggage while we went somewhere else for a few days we stayed here and had another booking here. They also helped accept a parcel that we had sent to the hotel. They also helped send our luggage to the airport with a same day delivery service. To be honest, staying here felt like home since they were so helpful. Highly recommend this place!

The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful! The room was clean and spacious! The washer and dryer in the room were very convenient! The free shuttle service to sightseeing places was extremely helpful as it was a rainy day during our visit!
