"Beautiful place. We arrived by car, and the parking is behind locked gates. The appartments are in a palazzo, our appartment was spacious and well equipped for a family of 4. Kitchen and bathroom new and well equipped. Perfect as base for a visit to Venice, local morning bus will take you directly, from just outside the gate. Garden and pool area is quiet, calm and with enough sunbeds and parasols. Very helpful and nice personnel in reception."

"Central location. Close to popular areas. Plenty of dining options and shops next to the property. The property was clean and has that Venice look and feel. Just like Venice, be prepared to climb stairs when you get the suite. Recommend travelling light otherwise, it’s hard carrying those suitcases up to the 2nd fall. Great little private balcony to enjoy the warm weather. Communication with property is great as well. Quick responses. "

"We have a great room complete with kitchen on the upper floor. This place would be great with family as the sofa can be converted into a twin bed. The manager was super guy. Help us carrying the bag up the stair, no lifts at the residence. Hotel does not provide breakfast, but for €5 you can have a nice one next door. The location was perfect for us as we can walk to the train and to all the places in Venezia. Overall tis is a great place to stay."
