"Brilliant location, spacious apartment. Secure, safe, accessible (as far as Venice goes). Would stay again. Rooms were great, bathroom and kitchenette/dining area excellent. Only annoying thing was the incessant WhatsApp messages trying to sell tours and trips before our arrival. A couple of the reviews mention parking. There is no parking - it’s Venice! "We have a great room complete with kitchen on the upper floor. This place would be great with family as the sofa can be converted into a twin bed. The manager was super guy. Help us carrying the bag up the stair, no lifts at the residence. Hotel does not provide breakfast, but for €5 you can have a nice one next door. The location was perfect for us as we can walk to the train and to all the places in Venezia. Overall tis is a great place to stay."
