Chinmaru Packages (Flight + Hotel)

It was very easy to check in. It was also in a convenient location for me! Staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was also cleaned everyday which was nice especially since I was out all day and coming back to a clean room was amazing.

Rooms were a lot bigger then others in Seoul. Beautiful, lots of space, comfy beds. The property was fantastic. No plug ins by the beds though! The breakfast wasn't included and it was pretty expensive but a very extensive buffet.

We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won. one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view. we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there.

Didn’t like lighting system by over head. No closet space for long term we had to live by suit case everyday. Terrible for what you charge daily. After you put suitcase by bed n barely waking space. Very small room.

We checked in, and we got our room on the 9th floor. As soon as, we opened the door, the room smelled very bad like sewed. So we called the front desk right away and let them know about bad smell in our room. One of the front desk team came up and checked the room. They did give us a different room without the view. The front desk team came back with the key and told us that they did give us a another room instead. This room is on the 17th floor(#1705). The room did not have the any bad smell at all, cleaner and has a view of the street. The breakfast was ok. We asked if can sit by the window so we can see outside. They didn't want us to sit by the window because it was for four people. We had to requested a couple of times then the host let us sit by the window. It wasn't busy, only a couple tables were occupied. The front staffs are very helpful, but not at the breakfast. Air conditioning was working fine. If we have a chance to go back, if the hotel let us stay in room #1705, we would go back there again. The house keeper team were very nice. Thank you
