"Very Nice hôtel, very clean quiet. Nice Little donut shop a couple of blocks away. Wish we had more time to stay there. Unfortunately we were just passing thru!"
"We've been visiting Chincoteague every summer for the past 10 years and this is the first time we've stayed at Key West Cottages and we were not disappointed. We appreciated the cleanliness of the cottage, having our own kitchen, and the private "beach" overlooking the bay. Despite being at full capacity with guests at the location it was quiet and we never felt like it was crowded or loud.
Communication was great and the staff was very friendly. We'll be back!"
"Our stay with four grandchildren was great. They enjoyed the pool. The room was clean & spacious with a balcony and a great view. The staff was pleasant and courteous from the front desk, breakfast crew and housekeeping. Enjoyed walking downstairs and having a full hot breakfast every morning. I definitely recommend this hotel."
"staff was kind and accommodating. Location was great - walkable to town, the carnival and Assateague island was close by (driving). Ample parking. Pool was nice but we did not go to the pool.

"The place was very clean and nice! My only complaint is that the free breakfast is only for two people a day. So if you are a family of four, you have to pay for two. And the breakfast definitely wasn’t worth that."
