Location is fine if You want to walk around downtown. Plenty of good food and drinks options. Terrible staff, very poor customer service by the front desk ladies and the manager.

Horrible stay! Reception is not equipped to provide things like towels or water since we missed housekeeping. Phone did not work. Unable to make calls to receptions or get calls transfered. Location is great! Employees were nice but not equipped to do their job per higher manager policies.

Have been staying here for the past four years in order for me to participate in the @UltraCaballoBlanco race in Urique. Excellent city center location and free self parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast needs improvement and better variety. In addition, this is an excellent hotel nevertheless its time for the room towers to be replaced, they are starting to look stained and discolored.
