"The area was nice! I didn’t know this was not a hotel but a bed and breakfast and it didn’t have a receptionist. But I contacted the number provided and Aldo email me all the directions to get the keys and get in. Once in the floor was very nice and rooms were huge! Audrey was excellent and made us cafe lattes during breakfast. Shower pipes made noise, room facing major street was loud. Also the lift was very little for big luggage and held one person. "It is a nice place, close to most sightseeing attractions, all within walking distances. However, I was shocked that the staff was only willing to keep our luggage until 1 pm instead of 5 pm. This caused lots of trouble for us and ruined our last day in Rome."
