"I left my phone on shuttle to hotel and 2 reception desk ladies helped me contact the company to find my phone which I was able to pickup the next day. Being outside of the US their help was tremendous! Sorry I don’t remember their names but they were working the front desk Monday Oct 13 around 5pm (1700)."

"Great hotel, huge family room, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was also great, friendly staff, good variety. The location of the hotel is perfect, we walked from the train station when we arrived and also walked to restaurants and If there was one thing that disappointed me was the view from our window… the building across the street had the most dirty windows I ever seen LOL… from the birds sitting on it. Not the hotel’s fault but I wouldn’t get that room for the view. We gave a good...

"Excellent, modern hotel right at the center of everything. Easily walkable to restaurants, bars, cafes, museums, and other attractions. The staff were always friendly and helpful."

"Unassuming hotel on a side street. We walked from train station to hotel with luggage, over bumpy roads & narrow sidewalks, about 20min, at night. It was difficult to determine where the building was without Google maps. May not appeal to everyone but it had a small town European feel (tiny little elevator).The rooms we had were spacious & newly renovated. Spent 2 nights, easily walked to cruise ship port (20min). Hotel offered luggage storage so we could explore the morning b4 our cruise....

"Our stay at The Nuovo Albergo was great... the room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable, clean crisp sheets, comfortable beds, and a nice bathroom. The staff was fantastic and helpful, (especially Laura, thank you for all), and the complimentary breakfast is fresh and varied. The hotel is perfectly located in the old city for walking and visiting. The street entrance however, does not do it justice as it is quite dark and could use some improvement."
