"I chose the property for its convenient location in the city center. In the photos, the furnishings appear ultra modern. In reality, they are in terrible repair. The odd, curved, white vinyl chair was badly torn all over. The table was very wobbly. Walls and baseboards were chipped. The bathroom wall behind the sink was soaking wet near the base and black with mildew. The batheoom floor and shower floor were visibly not clean. I wore flip flops the whole time. "The rooms are very clean and the fact it was so close to the sanctuary of Saint Anthony was a huge Plus. However, I didn’t realise that it wasn’t a 24 hour reception and so the traditional perks of a hotel were absent. As in calling for a taxi or any particular information about the local area. But I think this was probably in the information and I must’ve overlooked it. One thing I have to say was there was a strange smell within my bedroom and when I went to bed, my clothes had a strange smell...

"I recently stayed here and had a very nice experience which would make me want to go back and stay there again when in Padova. The reasons are simple and they are: a) reasonably priced overall, b) friendly and helpful staff, c) run as a small family business- this really makes me want to support these aspects of the society as it is the heartbeat of the local community there, d) close to a number of amenities and public transport- the tram line is very close by so you can access different parts...

"I have spent one night here as the tourist. Everything was meet our needs, even you can see some junky around the hotel during the night time, but that's not the big problems. Breakfast here is quite good for the amount you pay. The front dest staff is ok , very helpful and organized. A bit far from the tourist places, 15-20 mins walks, or you have to take the tram or any transportation. If you need the place next to the train station, I do recommend this place."

"Rooms are very small (even for Italy). I had to search for an additional room in the area since it was impossible for two people to share one room that advertised sleeping 3 people. Cleaning staff start working in the halls early in the morning, so good luck getting any sleep during that time without ear plugs. Great location and staff, but I would never come back again. Overall, in Padua, apartment seems like a safer bet."
