The hotel is very well maintained, it has a beautiful front and backyard, and the staff is always willing to help. Although we were told it was safe, I didn't like the location, it was about a 20-minute walk to the city centre and the surrounding area of the hotel wasn't very nice.

This property looks like new, very clean and well maintained. Large parking lot and has a nice pool, not many loungers, but most people aren’t there for tanning. It has a nice restaurant with breakfast and more. The employees are friendly and good at their jobs. It is located in more residential area and is about 4-1/2 blocks to the Convent area and those restaurants. Thus it is a longer walk to the Zocalo downtown, and the Frailes diagonal street with all the shops and restaurants. We loved our room with the high ceilings and quality furnishings. The whole hotel is a safe and wonderful environment!!

The hotel was clean, but there were several issues. The closet space was quite small, and the bathroom had limited toiletries. The pool area had some trash, which was disappointing. Parking was good, and there was enough space. The included breakfast was very basic and not very appealing. We also had an issue with hot water, though it was fixed after we reported it. Overall, it was okay, but not special.
