"The staff is very helpful, always ready to answer any question about the hotel or about the city of Chicago. The hotel is very clean , the breakfast is very good with many choices and the staff in the restaurant is excellent. My wife and I stayed in that place for eight days and seven nights and we are very happy to be there. Also the hotel is in a very good location very close to some of the most important places of Chicago. If you want to visit the beautiful city of Chicago do not miss the opportunity to know this hotel."

"I’ve stayed at the hotel about 20 years ago. And was surprised at how run down it was. However floors 3 and 4 were shut down and being renovated. Assume that the entire hotel is being renovated. Check-in staff was very helpful. And gave me extended check out for the next day. But the next day staff was lackadaisical and couldn’t give a damn. Refused to honor what the check in staff had agreed to. There is a Starbucks cafe. But don’t try to pay with your Starbucks App. Because it isn’t Starbucks. Although they have a Starbucks logo plastered everywhere."

"The property was nice, but the rooms very small. Unfortunately the rooms on Expedia did not provide images of all rooms. The rooms I saw had sitting areas and appeared large/divided. The amenities were ok. The place was clean but appears to not be as quality as expected. (floor lifting from water etc. ) Minimalist approach/ attempts at sleek design; but appeared cheap. No closet! Hangers on rack above coffee maker area. Fridge under sink. No real place to place clothing. Remained in suitcase which remained on floor since no luggage valets. I did not use my own due diligence and had looked at so many properties that I did not realize the pool had no hot tub. The staff was great. Check in/front desk very accommodating."
