The room was very nice. The bathroom was very clean. Everything was neat and orderly. Everything you need from hot water maker to hair, blower toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap comb all the amenities. The bed was a little firm in the pill. Hotel Nikko Narita
Our room was comfortable, clean and soundproof. There was a clear timetable for the bus shuttle to/from Narita and the service was efficient. This large hotel offered several restaurants as well as a mini-supermarket.

Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel
Wasn't informed pool indoor pool would be closed during stay. Also cleaners lost medication for my sister that made her sick for trip. Little to no compensation was offered, disappointed.
