The staff is attentive and they maintain the property well-kept. This is a simple yet clean hotel with all your basics. And, it is literally a few steps away from the main train station as well as from the border crossing to Como, Italy. It offers a strategic location getting the best of both worlds: Switzerland and Italy.

Excellent hotel with nice connectivity
We loved this place. Very convenient and nearby all public transport. Staff is very cooperative and helped us to plan our trip to make right utilization of the time. Our kids enjoyed this hotel. Recommended to all. Will visit soon for another summer trip..

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer einfach Ausgestattet, sauber und alles vorhanden was man für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise benötigt. Direkt nebem dem Bahnhof und Zoll.

Sehr gute Lage, sauber und guter Sevice.
Sehr gute Lage. Ca. eine Gehminute vom Bahnhof und vom Zoll entfernt. Freundlicher Sevice. Sehr sauber. Die einfach eingerichteten Zimmer hatten alles was man heutzutage erwartet: TV, WLAN, Kühlschrank, Safe. Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC, Bidet und Hygieneartikel. Das sog. kontinenale Frühstück war reichhaltiger als das, was man von einem kontinentalen Frühstück erwartet. Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden.

Ho prenotato all'ultimo minuto per una situazione d'emergenza. Il personale è stato cordilissimo e super disponibile. Stanza pulitissima. Posizione estremamente strategica visto che è a due passi dalla stazione.

Vicina alla stazione. Camera comoda e spaziosa. Letto rigido ma soffice e riposante. Pulizia ottima. Bagno lindo e con ottima dotazione di utility.. Due piccoli inconvenienti. Bagno con aspirazione forzata e rumorosa e porta del bagno che rimane socchiusa.

Durchreise in die Schweiz. Bett war sauber aber in Badezimmer iat allea verkalkt, das Wasserstrahl bei lavabo und bei duache kommt nicht schön. Aber fpr ein altes hotel ist ok für eine Nacht.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Zoll. Wegen Umbau Arbeiten an Strasse kein direkt Zugang zum Hotel. Leider keine Warnung vom Hotel,aber ansonsten gut erreichbar. Parkhaus 200meter,Service hervorragend,zuvorkommend.

Das Bahnhof Haus ist kein grosser Luxus, auf der Strassenseite laut, dafür mit gutem Service und sehr nahe am Grenzübergang.

Gutes preiswertes Hotel. Einzig die Sauberkeit - ich muss ja nicht unbedingt wissen sprich sehen, dass der letzte das sich im Schlafzimmer die Fußgänger geschnitten hat. Sonst Tiptop. Gutes Frühstück!

Nous avons trouvé une chambre impeccable, literie moderne et de qualité. pas de bruit malgré la proximité de la gare. enfin, certainement un des 3 grands restaurants de Chiasso. le cordon-bleu est hors normes. excellente adresse et accueil à l'image de l'établissement
