We ended up extending our stay at this property because we loved it so much! The staff was friendly and attentive, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the location was very quiet but not far from the hustle and bustle of things. Would definitely stay again!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Chiang Mai, the Sakorn Residence and Hotel should be towards the top of your list. You can walk to many of the sights in the city, and the hotel offers a free breakfast in the mornings. Our room was always clean and the staff super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

It was great staying at Sakorn Residence again after many years. Great value for money! Friendly staff, like family. Wonderful breakfast. Comfortable bed. Convenient to many dining options in the Watket neighborhood. Can't wait till my next stay at Sakorn!

Excellent staff that genuinely care. Facilities also offer great value. It felt like home. The included breakfast is a set of your choice, and comes with bottomless coffee or tea, a generous serving of fresh fruit, fresh squeezed juice, and small dessert. The large pool was well kept, with smoking area and sun loungers. I highly recommend this stay!

Peace and quiet

Great location out of the hustle bustle of old town. Good restaurants close by. 15 minute walk to the night market. Kitchen could be stocked better, it’s very sparse. Also it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked it so we wiped down the place with disinfecting wipes. Otherwise a really nice quiet place to relax and the rooms were very large. I would stay here again.

Mostly the staff was extremely helpful with our demands. We had a deluxe 1 brd apartment which is a very comfortable top floor unit with 2 washrooms. Off the high density traffic but very close to all restaurants and markets, it was very quiet place. The breakfast choice was good and comprise of main late breakfast, fruit platter, small dessert and fresh squeezed orange juice. We were not hungry leaving the dining room. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would return for future travels.
