Exquisite

What an amazing hotel! Such good value in this beautiful, boutique hotel. The setting by the river was exquisite. The room was stunning and so comfortable. Staff were delightful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They made my breakfast every morning. I was trying to get a grab (uber)to get to the bus station and they all kept declining because of the time in the traffic. I went to the front desk the man at the front desk got someone up to take me to the bus station on a motorbike With my suitcase. I have never seen anything like it in my life and I am so grateful for it.. they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, and I knew how to get around the city.

Hidden Gem

River Art Hotel was a little out of the city on a small road with no footpath, don’t let the pat put you off. The hotel will shuttle you to the city or arrange transportation for tours.. When we stayed the hotel was only 2 months old, rooms are really well decorated and the views of the river were stunning. The hotel manager Mr Tu couldn’t do enough for us, the staff were amazing. Also some very high quality restaurants only 2 min walk away, recommend Paak Dang best food I’ve eaten in Thailand cooked by ex inmates and really reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

We checked in late... the owner gave us bigger room. It was very nice room. However when i went to the counter to pay for the room... they did not accept credit card.. they wanted cash.. i thought that was very odd.... so if you want to stay you must have CASH

When I first arrived at this hotel, I saw two people scurrying down the stairs with one of the bedroom safes (alarm going off). The room was dirty and messy. I decided to vacate the property as I felt unsafe. They they proceeded to verbally harass me literally every minute. Unprofessional and nasty.

Nice hotel!! I enjoyed staying at River art hotel with my dog!! I really like the garden there. Nice bath tub & comfortable bed! Many of amazing Further in the room.

Great value for money!

Lovely guesthouse with quirky decor and great service. Slightly out of the centre but this was not a problem for us, and nice gardens at the back near the river. Nothing was too much trouble, excellent service and yummy breakfast. Great value for money!

Boa relação custo benefício, quanto ao conforto o quarto é espaçoso, a cama, endredom e travesseiros muito confortável, excelente qualidade!!!! O hotel e agradável e aceita animais, e o café da manhã pode ser realizado ao ar livre. Quanto ao café da manhã todo dia vc escolhe o que gostaria de comer, não há muitas opções como um grande buffet mas é mais do que o suficiente, sempre com pães, ovos, frutas e opções Thai. Se vc procura um bom custo benefício vale a pena, o hotel fica afastado do centro, mas com o aplicativo Grabi o custo fica em média de 78 a 100 bath, então vale a pena. Apenas no primeiro dia, o quarto de cima fez muito barulho, mas isso pode acontecer em qlqr lugar.

The room and property were absolutely beautiful! That was the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was nice and quiet. They even upgraded me for free. They allowed me to check in early so that was convenient. I will absolutely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Todo un remanso de paz.

Hotel magnífico, tal como aparece en las fotos, desayuno a la carta pero delicioso, habitación muy limpia, junto al río, tiene una piscina pequeña pero fabulosa para cuando llegas agotado de la calle. Cerca del hotel hay variedad de restaurantes, también hay un local para hacerte masajes muy recomendable. Lo único que el hotel debe de ser nuevo y muchos tuk tuk o taxistas no conocen la ubicación pero lo arreglan con una llamada al hotel, recomiendo hacer foto de la dirección en tailandés para q sea más fácil la orientación.

Stylish and relaxing

The River Art Hotel is a bit outside of town, too far to walk in the heat and the surroundings are not really great for walking--traffic. However, the hotel itself is absolutely stunning inside. The style of hotel and art are colorful, modern, quirky. Each room perfect comfort, mattress and bathroom fantastic. The balcony offers view of river and a terrace right on the river. The pool is clean but small and in the hallway area, and ideally it should be on the river side with grass around it. Breakfast was great by the river. The staff was extremely forthcoming. I got an upgrade and the advice for restaurant was very good. I would definitely come back if I had a few days in Chiang Mai.

스텝분들 친절하시고, 수압, 온수, 헤어드라이어 성능 짱입니다. 다양한 크기의 수건, 옷걸이도 5~7개, 입구쪽 소파에 캐리어 올려두고 쓰기에 좋아요. 정원쪽 전망의 방을 추천해요. 수영장 전망은 도로쪽 소음이 좀 들립니다. 레스토랑은 조식만을 위해 존재해요. 5종류의 단품 주문식사가 차와 쥬스, 과일과 함께 제공됩니다. 아기자기한 정원에서 일출을 보며 식사 가능해요. 야외수영장은 미니미하고, 2월엔 수영하기엔 추웠습니다. 올드시티나 님만해민과는 떨어져있고, 교통편 잡기도 조금 힘듭니다. 그랩택시 이용하시길. 직원들 친절하고 좋았어요. 전 가족단위 여행객에게 추천하고 싶네요.

Beautiful decors and very artistic hotel

The hotel is same as its name. It is beside the river with artistic decorations. The location is great. It is very near the centre. However, it is a new hotel and lack of staffs. We arrived around 9 am but there is no one at the reception. There are only few staffs to serve breakfast for other guests. We have to wait for at least 15 mins just to drop off our luggages there. However, the staffs are friendly. The room is spacious with many cute and stylish decors. I love the design. However, the bath tub and toilet have some dirts. It wasn't clean properly. Plus the floor will get wet easily while you take a shower.

Quirky Boutique Riverside Hotel

Very modern small (ish) riverside hotel, quirky artworks abound throughout the hotel and gardens. Staff, in particular hotel manager were friendly and helpful. Breakfast, western or Thai can be taken in the garden by the river. Only minor quibble was the hotel is slightly out of the centre and you need local taxis who had difficulty locating the hotel. That said, the hotel manager was extremely helpful in personally driving us to the old city each day. Loved our stay at this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

The design,the service, the breakfast everting is wonderful! Just a bit far from convenient shop if that’s a concern to you. Restaurants just 5 mins walk away from the hotel are really nice! You will certainly enjoy the river side breakfast and the relaxing morning just sitting at balcony.

시설은 깨끗하고 예술적 감각이 있는 소품디스플레이가 인상적임. 여행이 아닌 휴식하고자 조용하고 아기자기한 숙박시설을 좋아한다면 추천. 다만,호텔이 아닌 음식 조리시설이 없는 팬션이라고 보면 됨. 조식은 총 6개 메뉴이고 전날에 사전예약 받음. 메뉴가 제한적이고 소박하나 맛은 좋았음. 호텔 뷔폐식을 상상했다면 실망할 수도있음. 호텔(펜션) 위치가 강가에 위치해 있다는 것 외에는 주변환경은 우리나라 70~80년대 시골풍경과 흡사함. 닌만해민, 마야몰 등이있는 시내 중심가에서 많이 벗어나 있는 외곽에 위치해 있어 교통이 불편한 편임. 우리는 Gxxx 앱으로 택시를 이용함.
