Overall, they were really good, the only two things we found a little down was the breakfast being cold at 9.20am ( the rice ) , and ordering a taxi, the reception was not that great with it, otherwise, the staff and the rooms were good, one more thing , the lift tend to close before you get in , when a few people get off and you have to wait, then it closes immediately, dose not allow U enough time to get in .
1/2 star @ Best!!! Dirty rundown & moldy bathrooms
This place is a 1star @ best booked for a week left after a night, 3.5 star how? Staying a 3 star down the st. For less that’s 1000% nicer! Try 9.5 Hotel...
Staff was very rude about us wanting to check out early... but the loby & pics online looked nice...
But in person the rooms are old & very dated,
Bathroom was moldy & gross & Bed was very uncomfortabl!!! We could not get out of there Quick enough....
Located in Nimman area with plenty of activities in the area. The hotel is well maintained and quiet. The hotel was booked in error, but was a very pleasant experience. Staff members were courteous and helpful throughout the complex.
We stayed for a week in Room 401. The room was in desperate need of an upgrade. Bathroom was moldy and some fixtures were broken. Furniture was old. The cleaning staff forgot to vacuum the corners of the rooms. Fridge froze everything and air-conditioner was very loud. Breakfast was just passable.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life.
Every quality is poor exsept Japanese restautant Suisentei.
Service
It is difficult to talk with hotel person in English. So the trouble of transportation fee occured due to poor explanation. What frontman reply is difficult from really.
Facility
2times black out happend especially my room for one night.
I couldn't hot water at 2nd day. And fixman needed to come over 10min after I called and he couldn't solve it.
Wifi wasn't stable.Actually I could use it only one day in three days staying.
I was disappointed your service and facility.
I never stay here and never recommed it.
I was in Chian Mai for professional reasons and had neither time nor inclination to do the tourist thing (more's the pity). The hotel was ideal for my purposes with a comfortable room; a desk that one could actually use as such; friendly, helpful staff and exceptionally good food (try the Japanese restaurant on the ground floor!!!).

Nice hotel but the pictures do it too much justice
The hotel in the pictures looks great but I was a little disappointed when arrived. The hotel lobby looks great then get to the room and it's basic and my view was the a brick wall. The hotel staff are friendly and nice but very few speak English but the ones that do are very helpful. It's close to a shopping mall but is easy to get a taxi to anywhere over all would stay here again but at a cheaper rate not worth the rate they charge.
The hotel itself was lovely 5 out of 5....very clean and comfortable. The location is good for getting to the temple on the mountain and to main roads if going to elephant sanctuaries but other than that there isn't a great deal around in the location however would only take about 10 mins in a car or moped to the old city. Would stay here again.
