"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay, which was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had.
Upon check-in, the overnight staff member was rude and unprofessional, which immediately set a negative tone. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The floors were visibly dirty—I noticed significant dirt on my socks after walking around the room, which clearly indicates that the room had not been properly cleaned.
Another major concern was the excessive noise. My room was located next to a stairwell, and the door was repeatedly slammed from early morning until as late as 2:00 a.m. This was compounded by neighboring guests frequently slamming their doors, making it extremely difficult to rest.
I brought these issues to the attention of the hotel manager, Rose; however, she did not offer an apology or make any attempt to resolve the concerns. This lack of response and basic guest service was particularly disappointing.
The breakfast quality was also far below expectations. The food appeared reheated, including the sausage and eggs, the donuts were not fresh, there was no hot water available for oatmeal, and the coffee was weak and lacked flavor.
Given the overall experience, especially considering the cost of nearly $400 for the stay, I find the level of service and quality unacceptable. I am requesting an appropriate refund or compensation for the issues encountered.
