"D’habitude, je regarde toujours les avis (20 ou 30 avis à chaque fois des bons et des mauvais pour le faire une idée) mais là, j’ai survolé et fait confiance à la note de 7 sur 10. Erreur. On est arrivé sur les lieux et on s’est pas senti très en sécurité, mais on ne comprenait pas pourquoi. On est monté et dans les étages des odeurs de nourritures, cela sentait mauvais. Ensuite, on a eu du mal à entrer dans la chambre. Une fois entré, on a vu les moisissures dans la salle de bain, les traces...

"We have 2 persons for 1 night stay and found that this hotel was too basic. There was shampoo, but no soap in the shower. The bathroom did not have wash cloths. The room did not have a clock. And, there was no mattress but a foam pad on the bed. With all this said, the staff was very nice."

"Signage very bad. There were 2 buildings close to each other. Owned by the same hotel chain. Difficult to find the correct hotel. No information provided to help guests find the correct hotel. Difficult to find check in. Intercom voices were very helpful. Over complicated process to check in. I was sent an email with our room code but email didn’t arrive until about 1 hour after we needed it. Had to use intercom service again. Apart from the above the hotel was good value for the price. "
