"This was an unexpectedly exellent stay. The rooms were very spacious, very clean. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. The beds were also quite comfortable! Having stayed at two other properties during our visit to the area, I can say that the River Valley Inn outshined the others. We should have booked there for more nights."

"We normally rent homes but scheduled last minute, and none were available. I thought this room with a mini kitchen would be the next best thing. It was very clean and well designed — honestly we walked around and took note of how savvy someone was in considering what people would really need. It had a bedside clock with large numbers, a closet with lighting when the doors opened, a nice backboard for the bed, shelving in the shower, a little moveable table, shades that pulled down over the window, etc. The people checking us in were friendly and appreciated our humor! All in all, good!"
