"Great location, big room. Gorgeous."

"Loved the room, perfect view of the balcony, very spacious room, made our trip super exciting."

"We love the Holiday Inn. Rooms are clean and cozy. The free morning breakfast is amazing and actually tasteful. ONE THING I don’t like are how expensive the snacks are in the snack area. A cup of noodle was $4 when they’re .99c at the grocery store, and that is just one of many high priced snacks and beverages! So bring your own snacks!"

"The only difficulty was with Expedia. For years I have sent a message to the hotel (through Expedia) with a room and floor preference. Most of the time the hotel says they never received the message and do the best they can when I arrive to honor my request. I always thought I was connecting directly with the hotel with my messages. Guess I have to call the hotel directly with their number. My question would be, why all the "Send a message to the hotel" options?"

"Excellent location with a fantastic bar! Morning coffee was always empty and the morning desk employee was not to excited to make it"

"The staff was nice. The room was clean and well distributed. The Hotel was well located for the purpose of my trip"

"YOU NEVER TOLD ME THAT THE HOTEL WAS UNDER RENOVATION! THE ROOM WAS FILTHY! THERE WAS NO WATER THE SECOND DAY. I CHECKED OUT OF THE HOTEL THE VERY NEXT DAY! i HAVE DISPUTED THE CHARGE."

"The room itself was nice, the staff when we had first arrived was"

"rooms dont feel private at all, nice property if you dont care about this, nice sauna but you have to book it and pay extra, which is cringe, food is ok, staff is mostly good"

"Staff was great. Parking was an extra $10 a night.Starbucks on site with breakfast options. Room was clean, but near an exterior door that banged loudly every time people came in or out. Thank goodness I packed earplugs and a noise machine."

"Very nice for a first time"

"Good location."

"The place has been restored obviously with great effort and loving care - it looks like an owner worked at it with limited capital over several years and did a lovely job. And the location is really great - right across from a great tea shop and the downtown area all around - a primary reason for staying. There are a few gottacha's to be aware of. The larger room we rented had a beautiful bathtub - but no shower curtain and hand shower. The room got cold but it has old fashioned boiler...

"Clean room, nice assortment of breakfast foods"

"Beds and pillows were great. I did notice that the reception gave out water bottles to the guests but we were not given water. Everything else was good."

"The public space was varied, comfortable, and spacious. Breakfast, adequate. Sound insulation between floors, poor."

"It was a fun little get away"
