Location was excellent. Parking nearby but not on site. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Restaurant menu was limited but food very good. Only downside was the fact that the bedroom and bathroom were very small.

Our room in Chenonceaux was lovely! There was lots of charm but it was still big enough for two! The people who work there were sweet, friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish was better was the wifi! It kept dropping off! But I would stay here again in a heart beat!

La literie etait mauvaise. On a eu l'impression de dormir avec nos voisins de chambre, entre un qui a ronflé toute la nuit et l'autre qui na aps arrêté daller et venir aux toilettes...insonorisation horrible, je nai pas dormi de la nuit

Camera minuscola con un odore intenso sgradevole (probabilmente qualche prodotto per mobili o moquette) che non si è attenuato nemmeno dormendo tutta la notte con la finestra aperta. Pulizia scarsa. Materasso e cuscini scomodissimi. Bagno molto piccolo con una doccia nella quale non si riesce a stare nemmeno in piedi.

Un hôtel modeste (2*), assez vieillot, mais agréable car très bon accueil, bon petit déjeuner et bon restaurant. Très bien situé. Belle terrasse à l'extérieur. Chambre exiguë, mais le confort de base est là. Avec un rafraichissement de la déco, il deviendrait excellent.

Rommet var koselig men lite, som forventet. Betjeningen var sur og lite imøtekommende. Vi bestilte middag ved ankomst. Den ble levert som bestilt, men vinen til måltidet ble servert først til desserten, til tross for at det ble presisert at den var ønsket til forretten. Ved utsjekking forsøkte vi oss på litt smalltalk men betjeningen var sur og direkte uvennlig. Vi kommer ikke tilbake!

Bien situé mais c’est tout.

L’hôtel est tout près du château de Chenonceau ce qui est pratique. Cependant, la chambre dans laquelle nous avons dormi à 4 est située sous les toits, la chaleur y était intenable. Un ventilateur est à disposition. La chambre est mansardée et mon mari de 1,85 a trouvé peu de place où se mettre debout. Au total il y a a peine 3m2 non contigus en loi carrez. La salle de bain est petite et ne permet pas de s’habiller à l’intérieur. Le wifi ne fonctionne avec une seule barre à l’entrée de la chambre. Enfin les murs ne sont pas insonorisés du tout. Bref une nuit à 153€ qui ne les vaut pas. Nous n’avons pas pris la restauration sur place au vu des commentaires.

hôtel très bien situé à proximité du château de Chenonceau qui se trouve à 200m. l'accueil est agréable et tout est fait pour vous aider. les chambres sont propres et bien tenues même si l'ensemble donne l'impression d'avoir été aménagé il y a 30 ans. cet hôtel demeure un très bon choix avec un rapport qualité/prix très correct.

Very clean and well maintained little hotel. The amenities were excellent, staff very helpful and facilities were recently renovated or at least kept in such a state that it looked like it had all been recently renovated. Excellent! The only note is that the neighbors (people who lived in the same building, not guests) were a little loud one morning. Else, it was really great.

We were greeted by the Basil Fawlty of France. We were given a key for a room not ready and so were forced to sit outside on a bench for over an hour while waiting. PS - we were trying to check in at 4pm. 'Basil' was more concerned that we reserved for dinner and then breakfast at his hotel than in giving us the WIFI codes, Had to go back downstairs for that!

Ma mère et moi y avons séjourné une nuit car nous visitions Le Clos Lucé le lendemain. Bien situé calme un peu chaud nous avons dormi fenêtres ouvertes et ôtez les couettes des housses pour ne garder que le drap sur nous !!!
