"Excellent stay. From the very beginning, the concierge was welcoming and opened the door from our Didi taxi and lugged our bags towards the elevator. Our room was ready early and in great condition. Room amenities were top notch. All the staff was able to speak a little English and was patient with using a translator mobile app. The breakfast buffet had a large selection and variety and tasted great. The location was pristine as it was near the metro and an underground mini-mall with food options. It was also a walk away from the hoot mall and a short walk away from People's Park. Overall 5/5 experience."

"Excellent location and amazing free perks! Loved our stay here. The hotel is clean, centrally located, and features highly thoughtful amenities like face masks. The free laundry is a great bonus, though popular (best to use it early morning or late at night). We thoroughly enjoyed the free afternoon tea every day. They also provide free late-night snacks, which is a great gesture even if the options weren't our personal favorite. Would absolutely stay again."
