A really lovely hotel in a beautiful historic town. The superior room was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The staff are exceptional and we’re really helpful and friendly. Dinner in the restaurant was outstanding.

Un petit déjeuné - Une arnaque

Le rapport qualité prix est bien en dessous de l'attendu. Le service est souriant et agréable, la chambre spacieuse mais le reste nous fait rapidement constaté que nous sommes là pour payer. Un petit déjeuner au prix des hôtels parisiens 18€ mais minimaliste: ne pensez pas à un buffet, ni à avoir charcuterie et œufs il faudra le payer en plus. Vous aurez droit à 2 mini viennoiseries et 3 tranches de pains transparentes que l'on vous vend comme la corbeille du boulanger (le pauvre il doit pas vendre grand chose ...enfin pas à l'hôtel sodade), une boisson chaude (le cappuccino n'est pas inclus bien sur ...en supplément!) et un muesli dans un verre à shooter (donc 15 g). Au final, j'ai préféré en rire...l'auvergne restera l'auvergne.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Nicolas. La chambre était spacieuse, très bien équipée et très bien décorée. La douche en taille XXL était très appréciable. Sorely disappointed

I arrived on a Monday at 1730 after driving for 5 hours and the door was locked. I called and got somebody who was off site and had to drive to let me in. I considered this hotel a splurge and was sorely disappointed by the lack of service.

Très bel hôtel dans la ville possédant la source la plus chaude d’Europe. Service impeccable Literie parfaite Deco épurée à base de beau bois et de design auvergnat raffiné Café Nespresso et thé Damman frères Beau service de la marque Jars Aménités sans marque mais de bonne fabrique Petit déjeuner en chambre excellent même si 25€ est cher pour la quantité proposée.
