cheap, clean and convenient for roads south

just off the motorway so if you heading south its somewhere to sleep and rest its cheap to stay, decent breakfast for under 7 euro . Quiet room so I really cant complain at the price would stay again if heading that way

No frills stay for an evening

room was clean, fridge and microwave in room were unexpected but welcome. no frills but was a no frills price. overall, great value but road noise outside did wake my wife up from about 6am.

Je commence par le point positif, bonne literie, matelas et coussins. Mais alors tout le reste c'est catastrophique. Il faudrait changer les fenêtres qui ne jointent plus, nous avons du faire tout le tour avec du papier toilettes pour limiter les fuites d'air froid, et je ne vous parle pas du bruit à côté de la voie rapide. Moquette tachée et très usée, nous sommes 3 sur 4 à avoir glissé et être tombé dans les escaliers d'accès à la mezzanine. Pas de réapprovisionnement de papier toilettes si réservation de plusieurs jours. Robinetterie inversée. Porte de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas à clé. Refus de mise à disposition de sacs poubelles, il faut emporter les déchets avec vous au compte goutte chaque jour. Chauffage qui ne s'éteint pas malgré les consignes d'utilisation affichées au mur. Annoncé à 3 min à pied du Futuroscope, avec des enfants nous en avons mis 20!
L'unique fenêtre avec le joint désintégré et le rideau absent...tout le monde nous voit nous habiller une fois le volet ouvert

Très décevant. Nous avons dû changer de chambre à notre arrivée. Nous avons eu une mauvaise surprise lors de notre arrivée à la première chambre. Mon enfant a voulu aller au toilette, elle n’ont pas été nettoyé, la chasse d’eau n’a pas été tiré, je vous laisse imaginer ce qu’il y avait dans le fond de la cuvette. Nous avons été changé de chambre mais la deuxième chambre etait dans un état très limite en terme de rénovation il y avait des trous dans le mur de la sdb, des fuites wc où paume de douche. Bref ce n’est pas normal qu’hôtels.com puisse proposer ce genre d’hôtel. Je demande un remboursement de ma chambre. Cordialement

« Futuroscope à 3 minutes à pied » sur la réservation. Finalement c’est à 15 minutes, déjà ça c’est juste pour attirer le client. Ensuite, pas de chauffage dans la chambre lors de notre arrivée à 22h. Il est pourtant bien mentionné dans la chambre « réglage du chauffage au bon vouloir du client ». Le client a voulu mais n’a pas pu. Et puis a 22h, personne dans l’hôtel pour nous aider… Nuit avec des enfants en bas âges sans chauffage du coup. Merci Kyriad.
