"This hotel was a disappointment. This is the second time we've stayed in a Microtel and we've been disappointed both times. This hotel was old and in need of updates and a DEEP cleaning. The bathroom was completely disgusting - hair in the sink, water spots on the faucet and mirror, splatters on the walls, mold in the tub and on the shower curtain. We didn't even attempt to take a shower because it looked very dirty in there. The bed was okay and the temp of the room was fine, but it was VERY loud. The description said there were soundproof walls, but that was FAR from the truth. We could hear the conversation from the room next door, doors slamming down the hall all night, a dog barking across the hall. We were on a road trip, so we arrived around 10 pm and tried to get some sleep before hitting the road again. We were awake at 5 am, due to the people next door talking and turning on the shower, so we got up and left at that point. We will not be staying at a Microtel again. There are plenty of hotels for $10-15 more per night that are SIGNIFICANTLY cleaner, quieter and more comfortable."

"We booked a suite room with Jetted tub (2 queen beds) at Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Kingsland through Expedia like 5 weeks prior to our actual staying dates. We were on our way there and gave a call to the hotel to let them know what time we would be there. The front desk lady said that our room was no longer available due to it wasn’t booked through them but third party Expedia. She said she would provide us a regular 2 double bed room. Can you imagine the hotel was quiet for whole 5 weeks and when we call they say something like that on the last day, last minute? Fine, we got there, I would never think that a hotel room could be that disgusting, smelly, dirty, old blood stains on the bed sheets (Room 306). I took pictures of everything in the room. Shame on Hawthorn and Wyndham managements. "

"We had a good stay here. The front desk clerk had a LOT of people who all came at once and she kept her cool. The breakfast was not as big as some places but still was versatile."

"The staff was nice. The hotel was old and not kept well. The room was dirty, the towels were dirty, and the blanket/sheets were dirty. Very disappointed would not stay here again. Thankfully it was a stopover for one night. Sorry about the review but it is what it is! "

"Felt like i was satying at a homeless encampment the doors had no latches and a huge gap all around the door trash everywhere pool was green and scuzzy definetly will never stay at this location again and for them to be a wyndam hotel chain i think they hinestly need to be inspected big time "

"There were the following issues: A/C and air smelled like the air was off for a long time, the mirror door would not shut, only one chair in the room, marks on walls, shade and ceiling, poor water pressure and the rug was worn and dirty."

"The entire property is run down. Once you book be ready to leave a deposit when you check in. Even though it says what you see is what you pay, you have to pay a pet fee and leave a room deposit. "
