I can’t imagine a better stay on Folly Beach. The location was excellent. The amenities were incredibly thoughtful and well executed. The staff was friendly and helpful and kind. The establishment was beautifully appointed and appealing on every level.

This was the best best place to stay in Folly Beach hands down. It was next to the beach and within walking distance of all the shops and all the restaurants. The rooms were exceptionally clean and felt very cozy. It was way better than a soulless hotel room, you could feel the history in every plank of wood. In the morning while my wife and I were having coffee Wrigley came up to us to say hello.

This property was an unexpected surprise! Great location, fantastic owners, rooms were well maintained and clean, and breakfast items were delicious. As a sign said in the kitchen "make yourself at home." Definitely recommend staying here.

We like the Beachside Boutique Inn quite a lot! We were in a room in the main house right off the gathering area. The room was beautifully furnished and comfortable. We had a private deck, but the rain kept us from enjoying it, and the rest of the property. The well stocked kitchen was available at all times and a cute little sitting area was in the entrance area. The staff was friendly and very helpful! We will chose it again when back at Folly Beach.

Our stay was amazing. The staff was super friendly. Folly beach is limited on parking to begin with so find daily parking and uber or walk to save the most money.
