Nous avons du demander une couverture ; seulement vers 22h30 il faisait bon!!!! "Animal de compagnie accepté" ....sans signaler qu'il faut payer 15€ pour sa nuitée !!!

Hôtel matériellement bien Logistiquement zero

Suite à une erreur de ma part lors de la date de réservation... impossible de me faire rembourser ou un quelconque geste commercial malgré avoir pris une nouvelle réservation à la bonne date !!

Don't use airport transfer. Rude receptionist

Hotel is basic but fine. What was not fine was paying extra for a "free" airport transfer. I thought it would make life easier arriving late after a 7-hour flight in a foreign country where they don't speak English. Despite putting our flight details in the booking notes I never heard anything. I contacted the hotel myself, again giving them my flight details & they got back to me saying they had booked a taxi to pick me up at the bus stop. So not an airport transfer a 3rd party taxi. I thought nothing of it & was just happy someone would be there to pick us up. Our flight was delayed by an hour & once we came out we realised that as it was a taxi & not hotel shuttle, the driver had clearly given up and taken another fare. I rang the hotel and a very rude female member of staff eventually ordered another taxi for us. We were then asked by staff if we were ok (we had been stood there for a hour) he directed us to the taxi rank, as no taxi's were allowed in the area, despite being specifically told to wait there by the hotel. Once the taxi did arrive he then expected payment from us once at the hotel. So he came inside with us and asked for his fare. As if the fact that we’d been left in carpark for a hour at night wasnt bad enough, the receptionist then told us this was not a free service & we needed to pay him! I was quickly sorted out once i firmly told her it had been paid for but please just remove this option from the checkout, It caused unnecessary stress to our evening.

Gut gelegenes aber dreckiges Hotel

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, da die Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Allerdings liegt es in einem etwas schäbigen Viertel. Das Hotel ist ziemlich heruntergerockt, was mit den schönen Bildern versucht wird zu kaschieren. Leider hatten wir auf unserem Bettlaken Blutflecken und das Personal, dass wir darauf angesprochen haben, war nicht sehr entgegenkommend und hat nur geäußert, dass eine Reinigungsfirma dafür zuständig ist und der Fehler somit bei dieser Firma liegt. Allerdings waren wir mehrere Nächte dort und das Housekeeping hat das Bett in Ordnung gebracht, aber nicht frisch bezogen. Dabei ist der Blutfleck eindeutig zu erkennen. Die Toilette im Badezimmer (nicht absperrbar) ist schief montiert, so dass man immer das Gefühl hatte gleich runter zu rutschen. Die Badewanne war auch nicht so richtig sauber und zudem mit einer Art Antirutschfarbe eingepinselt, was auch nicht den aller hygienischsten Anschein machte. Beim Frühstück dann leider die nächste Enttäuschung: Auf Wurst und Käse waren Schmeißfliegen, der Honig (einzeln abgepackt) war Auskristallisiert und bereits um neun Uhr gab es keinen Frühstücksbacon mehr. Einziger Lichtblick war die große Auswahl an gekühlten Säften und der sehr gute Kaffee aus einem Vollautomaten. 13€ waren in dem Fall leider etwas viel. Zum Schluss kam es dann auch noch zu einem Fehler bei der Rechnung von Seiten des Hotels aus, der sich aber zum Glück aufklären ließ.

Sporco e vecchio

Camere sporche e vecchie. Entrato in camera apro una porta ed entro nella camera del vicino. Le porte non erano chiuse a chiave. Vado alla reception e mi cambiano di camera. Entrambe le camere che ho visto erano sporche e vecchie. Anche l'odore non era per niente buono.

Comfortable room, excellent WiFi, helpful staff ..

Room was comfortable, WiFi was excellent, staff helpful. Only complaint was the breakfast - bacon, but no eggs! Also, no English language channels on the TV.

Hotel bon à rénover. Tâche sur la moquette, Le fond de la baignoire peind au rouleau, chasse d'eau défectueuse. Très mauvaise insonorisation. Point positif : personnel très sympatique

Cheap price in a sketchy neighborhood.

The hotel is under renovation. Photos online are not representative of the hotel, nor the rooms. A/C, though present in the room, never cooled the room down. The Sauna does not work. Toilet not fastened properly to the floor in the room. Inflated price for online listings, as the everyday walk-in price for a room is €55.
