"Wow. Absolutely loved our stay there at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon. The hotel was fabulous with amazing service. Rooms were spacious and had great views. Definitely recommend the Club level with the stacks and drinks and lounge. Stayed at the Oberoi Delhi before and this was even better. Spa and Massages were relaxing and rejuvenating. Love the driver and car services to visit downtown Goa and sightsee. Will definitely be back next year when we return for an annual medical conference."

"Staff were great and very friendly. The taxi’s that arrived at the hotel charged fairly. I can’t say that for all taxi’s in Goa. There is currently no uber. So get haggling and never accept the first price (for taxis around Goa). The food was ok there. Pool was great for my 3 year old. The only complaint I had was that the staff were not able to get the digital key/lock to our room to work. Which was disappointing as I really wanted to use my phone to gain access to our room. Being a partner of Hilton. You would expect them to be able to get this to work. As disappointing as this was. It was a nice stay overall and we really appreciated the hotel."

The staff deserves special mention—they were consistently courteous, attentive, and eager to help with any request. Their hospitality made a noticeable difference and added a personal touch to the overall experience. The food was another highlight. The breakfast spread was extensive, catering to a variety of tastes, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. "The room was not clean, it had dirty & stained linen. Also, there was an issue with the usual cleaning of the room, I had requested my room to be cleaned at around 11.30 am, I went out of the hotel and got back at 5 pm and it was still not cleaned. When I asked, I was told that there were not enough staff. There was no shower gel in the room thoughtout the 2 nights I stayed, even after repeated requests/complaints. Had a bad experience overall."
