Worse hotel so far

Terrible check in, staff tried to charge unfair fees, room didn’t match to what was booked, very noisy room, can hear people walking on the corredor and on the rooms beside. Overall I highly do not recommend this hotel.

Uma noite mal dormida

o chegar no hotel para nos hospedar (casal + filha), parecia tudo muito bonito. Porém logo no atendimento já não foi aceito a condição de pagamento do anúncio, não aceitando nenhum tipo de parcelamento, conforme informado. Ao chegar no quarto percebemos que já não estava de acordo com o anúncio novamente, pois indicava 2 camas de casal, porém tinha apenas uma cama de solteiro e uma de casal. Prometia a vista para cidade, porém da janela dava para um telhado, onde o mesmo estava cheio de lixo e tocos de cigarros. Tentamos trocar de quarto e fomos informados que o hotel estava lotado sem outra opção, fomos impostos a aceitar aquilo ou sair. Por estarmos cansados optamos por ficar. Ao deitar na cama, percebemos que era muito dura e os travesseiros horríveis, muito finos. Na metade da noite quando esfriou percebi que tinha apenas 2 cobertas de solteiro para 3 pessoas, para não passar frio, me obriguei a ligar o ar-condicionado o que fez com que ficasse com tosse alérgica. Demais fatos como itens empoeirados, a televisão e à internet não funcionarem bem, já não fazia sentido reclamar, devido ser a pior estadias que tivemos. Pelo valor pago, pelo renome do hotel acreditávamos que seria uma ótima experiência, porém decepcionante. Um hotelzinho de beira de estrada não seria tão ruim, pois saberíamos que não estaríamos pagando por algo inferior, ao contrário deste caso. Para finalizar ficaram de retornar sobre a reclamações e até hoje nada.

Hotel muito bom, pessoal super simpáticos, atenciosos e prestativos. O quarto era grande, com muito espaço e silencioso. Café da manhã muito bom, com muitas variedades e a vantagem de no hotel ter piscina e academia.

Pode melhor e ser um ótimo hotel.

Adequada a necessidade, por ter casamento no próprio hotel facilitou em muito. No café não havia indicação dos sabores dos bolos e das chimias. Alguns problemas: sistema de hidro da banheira não funcionou. Registros do chuveiro necessário manutenção. Academia com equipamentos quebrados. Demonstra falta de manutenção geral.

Bom, mais poderia ser melhor

Piscina deixa a desejar, não tem área de sombra, nem cadeiras nem guarda sol, café da manhã também, a manteiga ainda é servida no coletivo, e não em embalagens unitárias, sem falar de adoçante em pó e outras coisas que faltam, mais em si, o quarto é antigo mais é bom, o atendimento e os funcionários tanto da recepção como limpeza são eficientes

Horrível!

Ficamos num quarto péssimo. Espaço do chuveiro horrível, de canto, molhava o banheiro inteiro. Que aparência velha! Colchões, tv, enfim, horrível! E o mais incrível é que fiquei neste hotel por conta das avaliações. Deixei de ficar no Mogano, para ficar neste hotel. Ah se arrependimento matasse! Péssimo! Primeira e ultima vez que fico no hotel, ao menos até que seja renovado.

Bem localizado, mas precisa melhorar

Hotel bem localizado, mas no quarto que fiquei há problema de isolamento acústico - pois o barulho dos carros não é isolado - além de ter cheiro de urina no banheiro que não estava corretamente limpo. Apesar disso a cama e área do quarta estavam limpas - deixei reclamação na recepção - Ainda solicitam retenção de cópia do documento pessoal de identificação no check-in com o que não concordei, mas, se não apresentar não concluem o processo - funcionário despreparado no atendimento e trato com o hóspede.

Razoável

A acomodação (quarto, cama, travesseiros e roupa de cama) é boa, e a ducha também. A alimentação deixou a desejar. Pedi um café da tarde no quarto e os pães estavam secos e duros, o suco de laranja estava com gosto ruim) e as geleias horríveis. O café da manhã é razoável, pois embora tenha certa variedade, os itens não são muito frescos. Gostei mesmo foi do café.
