Transport from the airport is quick and efficient. After baggage reclaim make your way to door 4 in the arrivals hall were there is a hotel representative. Transport is a quick 10 minute ride in a mini van. Check in was quick and efficient. £12 supplement for early check in which if available is excellent value as many flights...

"This has been my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in Thailand. It is the perfect location and close to train station, food, transportation. However, in both buildings they have a mold problem. The walls have mold in them as well as the showers. Do not stay in the the older building where the top rooms are suppose to be. The toilets do not flush and the sinks leaks water everywhere. The constant noice from outside gets annoying because you can hear everything in the rooms so there is bad noise...
