"There was a horrible humming noise that woke me the first night. I shared that with the front desk the first morning and mentioned it might be the plumbing. The second night I barely got any sleep because it was worse. I called the front desk and no attempt was made to help. When I checked out, I let the front desk clerk hear multiple recordings. He said he couldn’t adjust the bill or anything because it was through a third party. "
