Really spacious, amazing staff and fantastic location! For a family of 3, this was a great place to have asbase while we explored London. 5 mins walk from Earls Court station.
Staff were lovely as well.

Very well located right on the banks of the Thames. Good buffet breakfast with lots of choice but very busy at times. I didn't like that the bed which was advertised as "queen size" was actually smaller than king size. I got an "accessible" room which I did not request which means that the shower/ wetrokm had just a plastic flappy curtain, the wi-fi didn't work and the reception lady was bossy for no reason.

Breakfast Buffet was remarkable. Huge variety and tasty servings.
Room was not at all impressive. No window not a good option. Felt too enclosed and cluster -phobic. Couldn’t wait to leave!
