Sun Paradise

Hotel is good overall, some of the reception personnel are very slow, hand to explain. The room service was not cleaning the room, just making up the beds, floor was dirty and bathroom was untouched. Only shampoos were changed.

Çok acil bir plan yapmamız gerekiyordu. O yüzden çok araştırmadan rezervasyon yaptırdım. rezervasyon yaptırdığım andan çıkış yaptıgım ana kadar bir tane şikayet ettiğim konu olmadı. - öncelikle konumu her yere yakındı alaçatıya geçmemiz 15-20 dakikaydı ve otele çok yakın güzel koylar bulunuyordu. - temizlik bizim için önemliydi. Hem odamız hem otelin içi mükemmeldi. - otel çalışanlarının ilgisi alakası en alttan en üste çok iyiydi. - çok tatlı küçük bir bahçesi var. Sabahları lezzetli serpme kahvaltınızı bir tarafınızda deniz bir tarafınızda havuz keyfi yaparak yiyebilirsiniz. - balkonundan denizi izleyebilir, sonrasında deniz kenarında tatlı bir yürüyüşe çıkabilirsiniz. Sonuç olarak 5 yıldızlı müthiş bir otel beklentisi olmayan herkesin %100 memnun kalacağını düşünüyorum. Tavsiye ederim 10/10

Konumu güzel, şirin bir tesis. 14:00'ü biraz geçe C/I için otele girdiğimizde ilk dikkatimi çeken, resepsiyonda kimsenin olmamasıydı. Otelin açık olup olmadığı şüphesi düştü içimize. Havuz tarafına gittikten sonra biri gördü ve kalkip geldi. Giriş saati olmasina rağmen odanın hazır olmadığını söylediler. Dışarıda beklerken kahve ikram ettiler ancak otelde olmadığı için, yolda aldığım sütü kullandık. Yarım saat kadar bekledikten sonra odaya çıktık. Odayı beğendik. Görsellerde olduğu gibi güzel ve temizdi. Iki gece konakladık. Çıkış günü saat 10:00'u geçerken ayrıldık. Ancak ne saat 11:00'e kadar olması gereken kahvaltıyı alabildik, ne de resepsiyonda ya da havuzda bir personele rastlayamadık... Geldiğimiz gibi sessiz sedasız bıraktık oteli... Sezon başı olmasına ve buna bağlı personel eksikliğine bağlıyorum. Gördüğümüz zamanlarda personel nazik ve yardımcıydı. Otelin konumu, temizliği iyiydi...

21:00 de otele vardık, oda hazır değildi. 20 dk sonrasında odaya girdiğimizde odada hijyen sorunu vardı, tütün çöpleri vs. Balkonda bize ait olmayan terlikler ve sigara izmaritleri… Odaların ses yalıtımı BERBAT! Gece 03:22’de konaklayan diğer misafirlerin sesleriyle uyandık ve bir daha uyuyamadık. Asansör sesi de sürekli aktif olduğundan uyumanıza engel oluyor.

Mükemmel konum ve hizmet

Otel Çeşme/Dalyan’ın tam merkezinde. Limanı istediğiniz gibi gezebilirsiniz çok sakin bir yer akşam mekanlara yürüyerek araca gerek duymadan restorantlara gidebilirsiniz. Park sıkıntısı yaşamadık. Plajlara 10-12 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Otel karşılama ve hizmet ön plandaydı. Otel yeni materyaller sıfırdı.(havlu,çarşaf) kahvaltısı özellikle reçelleri çok güzeldi açık büfe değil fakat açık büfeden farkı yoktu. İlavaten fiyat olarak diğer otellere göre çok üstün ve güzeldi.
