We kregen een economie kamer waar we niet zo blij mee waren. Was benauwd en er hing een onaangenaamde geur. Aangegeven dat we het niks vonden en ze hebben het mooi opgelost en kregen we een grotere kamer zonder extra betaling. Kamer zag er super uit met airco. Sinds de eerste dag veel aandacht gekregen. Hele lieve personeel en vragen telkens of je wat nodig hebt. Lekkere ontbijt niet super luxe maar kan altijd aangeven als je wat extra’s wilt. Redelijke zwembad. Wel zeker een aanrader. Belangrijk: loop afstand van uitgaansgelegenheden.

Die Lage war gut und sehr zentral. Doch das es an einer fast Industrie Gebiet liegt war nicht erwartet. Aber was uns am aller meisten schockiert, aufgeregt, traurig gemacht hat und fast schon unser Urlaubsmoral beschädigt hat war, das wir ein Zimmer bekommen haben die im Keller neber einem Waschraum ist und mit einem Tür die ein Glas hat und mit Milchfolie bedeckt war. Die sehr sehr klein war und nur ganz kleine Fenster hat. Ein bad die sehr unerfreulich aussah. Ja, wir haben ein ekonomi Zimmer gebucht was halt günstig bedeutet und waren uns bewusst das es kein balkon haben wird oder auch nicht groß ist. Kein süit ist. Steht ja auch alles drinn, aber das die Bilder und Beschreibung soooooo stark täuschen und aufgarkeinfall das entspricht wie es auf Bilder zusehen ist war schon sehr beschämend. Wie haben uns natürlich geweigert diesen Zimmer zunehmen und fragten sofort ob ein anderes Zimmer frei ist. Und zahlten vor Ort mehr das wir wenigstens das bissel bleibende Moral nicht verlieren. Mit 60€ Aufpreis bekamen wir dann endlich ein anderes Zimmer die nicht vergleichbar war mit dem im Keller. Wobei ich mir bestimmt für diesen Preis am Schluß garantiert was besseres buchen könnte. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit war ausreichend. Die Zimmer werden halt dann geputzt wenn man sie darauf aufmerksam macht. Kein Safe im Zimmer leider. Alles andere war eigentlich sehr zufrieden stellend. Das war das erste und das letztes mal!!

Memnun Ayrıldık - Fiyat Performans Olarak Çok iyi

Personelin yaklaşımı ve yardımseverliği ilk akla gelen ve es geçilmeyecek konu. Otel fiyat performans açısından gayet iyi. Etrafının sanayi bölgesi olması dışında çarşının içinde bulunan diğer otellerden bir farkı yok. Merkeze de yürüyerek 8-10 dk ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Bizim için güzel bir konaklama ve deneyim oldu.

Cunda da müthiş bir butik otel, Sakız Ada'sında özel plajlı çok güzel bir otelden daha fazla ücreti bu tuvaleti kokan sanayi içerisindeki vasat otel odasına ödedim. Tatilimin tek pişmanlığı. Kesinlikle ödenen paranın hakkı değil.

Mükemmel bir tatildi :))

Biz 3 gece kaldık. Çok memnun ayrıldık otelden. Personeli çok ilgiliydi. Odaları geniş ferah ve temizdi. Balkonları çok şirin akşam çıkıp keyif yapabilirsiniz :) alaçatı merkeze yürüyerek 5 dk uzaklıkta. Ilıca plajına dolmuşlar var dolmuşla 5 dk. Konumu gayet iyi. Gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabilirsiniz.

Nice and quiet hotel close to the city center.

The hotel is in a quiet street, the city center with restaurants and shops is close. To the beach you need to go by bus but the bus stop is also close. So the place of the hotel is ideal. The rooms were nice and clean.

Sehr schönes Hotel in Stadtnähe

Das Hotel ist mit sehr sauberen komfortablen Zimmer ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und sehr nett. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer idealen und ruhigen Lage. Bis zum Stadtzentrum zu Alacati sind es ca. 8 min fussläufig. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.
