"It was a party in the garden at the same time as we where there (a Tuesday!). The clerk told us about it, en passant, when we arrived. Damn s-t it was! At 9 pm it was notable in our room. At 10:30 pm it was loud! 109 dB INSIDE OUR ROOM! We talked to the manager about it. "We arrived in Naples and took a cab to the villa, had dinner and awoke the next day and walked 7 minutes to tour the site. Highly recommend it! We walked to dinner at the restaurant at Pizzaria La Gare (at Camping Spartacus) - it was amazing! (We were turned away from Caupona-Pompeii Restaurant since we did not have a reservation, and we are so glad). La Gare was like getting a homemade Italian meal, and topped off with complimentary limoncellos."
