"This beautiful hotel is located a short distance from an upscale shopping district. The breakfast offered at Florae has regional offerings, so there is something for everyone. But what impressed me most was the staff. Dylan, who was working the overnight shift when I checked in, generously provided recommendations, including where to get my hair done (Be Branch), restaurants, places to visit while in Thailand….If he didn’t have an answer or suggestion, he found one. The concierge went out of his way to help me arrange a motorbike tour of the city, and each and every one of the doorman met me with endless smiles and assistance."

"As always, our stay at the Shangri-La was absolutely brilliant. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home and the team made our entire stay feel effortless and seamless. I’ve stayed here before and my parents have visited many times over the years. My dad, in particular, will certainly continue to return after my mums passing. Every member of staff made us feel like royalty throughout our stay and everything was handled with genuine warmth and professionalism. Nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention goes to Linda in the jewellery shop, who was as lovely and welcoming as ever. The breakfast was outstanding and every meal we had was superb. Honestly, I can’t think of a single way the hotel could improve. Our only complaint was that we didn’t want to leave! We can’t wait to return."

"Well located with cafes/restsuarants nearby and walking distance to nana train station. Building is set back from street so is quiet. They currently have construction next door so that is quite noisy, but they moved me to the other side of building and it was perfectly quiet. Rooms are excellent."
