"Rosie was my angel. I fled a delapitated hotel in the middle of the night, disheveled and scared. I was met with kindness and comfort. From the valet to the check-in I was cared for and treated with dignity. The hotel was going through a renovation and not perfect, but my room was beautiful and one of the best hotel beds I've slept on in ages. Extremely comfortable."

"Very nice staff. Edgar was so kind!!! I had a payment problem with the valet ticket system and one guy said it wasn’t fixable but Edgar was swift to say “Not so fast!” And he was able to fix the issue. Not only that he opened the car doors for us and helped with our luggage. Very very kind man."
