"Wonderful hotel, Incredibly polite and helpful staff. Rooms are amazing, huge and have minibar plus additional appliances available. The hotel offer so much to the guest. Onsite restaurant, bar and 24 hours reception and security. Hotel offers travel to onward destinations for additional fee upon checkout. "I have stayed in this hotel many times. This trip I stayed almost 30 days. I'll give 5 stars because of the location and the 24-hour gym and swimming pool, which I have mentioned in a previous review. Minus: I have been charged for items I haven't used, eg toothpaste and milkshake. I have advised reception. I didn't use it , they said might the guest took it .
