"The website did not accurately reflect the actual property. The yard was overgrown with weeds and was an eyesore. The room had no furniture and no place to hang clothes. There were no window treatments other than shades. The air conditioning is a portable floor unit that takes up a lot of space. ..."

"I called and used your app to communicate about my booking. The management company you had on file said they no longer manage. I had to make other arrangements to stay for the 3 days.
