"The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel.
The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk. Both provided outstanding service, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and memorable. Our thanks to both,"
"This hotel is an excellent value. Located in between Old Jeddah and the newer Corniche it is a $5 to $7 Uber ride to either location. Staff is very helpful and breakfast was substantial and quite good. Park Hyatt is just across the street where you can have a Mocktail, watch the sunset over the Red Sea, and have a great view of the tallest water fountain in the world all from the same table. Highly recommend this hotel for the good value it represents."

I didn’t eat at the hotel but they do offer a limited range of food and beverages. Albaik is across the road and a large mall is close by. I would recommend taking a cab to the mall although it is close because the roads are very busy.
