"Good to stay "

"Staff was friendly, but had to wait long periods to talk to someone at the front desk on multiple occasions. Not sure where they were, but no where close to the desk."

"I booked a non-smoking room with a park view, however the room I was assigned was an accessible room without a park view. I realize I waited to pay for the room on-site, but I was not expecting my reservations to change. Had it not beem for that I would have rated the entire stay a 5 out of 5. The staff was amazing!"

"There’s no parking just valet parking and cost $60 each night. So I lost all the money I pay for the room I went some where else to stay. And they didn’t refund my money. First and last time booking there"

"First room they gave me was on the 30th floor and key did not work , went back to attendant and they provide two keys, when we entered room, it had not been cleaned as the beds were undone. I had stayed here in the past and never had an experience like this"

"The staff were lovely but sadly they seem to have a roach problem at the Westin. I moved rooms the first time I saw a roach, but ended up leaving the hotel early when the second room also had roaches. They need to do some work on the property. Not a comfortable stay."

"Sways restaurant was so rude and did not make any of my breakfast choices correct. They did not know how to make a poach egg but it was in their menu, also my breakfast took 43 minutes to come out. The valet supervisor was the worst. He drove my Audi and left trash inside. Three cps with a liquid inside. he then proceeded to call me a liar and shrug his shoulders. he was very dismissive and rude. "

"Great Atlanta Market Motel! The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Mikki went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice trip. We really appreciated her kindness."
