"I did not go to Mayaguez on Vacation- I from New York for family matters. The place is absolutely beautiful. I loved every minute I stayed there. The price was great. And for me, most importantly was the fact that it was quiet and very comfortable in addition to superb air-conditioning. It’s a small hotel with a lot of history and character. The staff was wonderful. I highly recommended for all the things I mentioned and in addition to the price. It is close to a lot of nice places to have cocktails and to eat. Of note, my favorite places were Ocho Puertas; Entre Copas and Casa Abu-all very chic. Great cocktails, great food, and great atmosphere. I am not a breakfast person but my go to place for years is the Ricomini bakery. Great coffee, great breakfast and great everything."
