"We had a lovely stay it was very clean and everything you needed apart from a gas cooker. Beatrice was lovely and very welcoming the only thing we was a little uncomfortable with was we felt we was living with her as she was next door and her balcony was right next to ours. "We had lovely drinks an fast service for food it was a lovely room and the staff were all very kind an welcoming and we had a lovely fresh breakfast in the morning and we had a very relaxing weekend "

"We had a really enjoyable stay here as a family. The welcome at reception was warm and friendly, which set the tone for the whole trip. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the beds in particular were excellent. The bathroom was spotless, and the toiletries were a nice touch that made it feel a bit more thoughtful than the usual budget offering. WiFi was reliable throughout and the TV worked well, which kept everyone happy in the evening. Breakfast was the one area with room for improvement. The food itself was fine, but the buffet could have done with closer monitoring. A few items ran low and were not topped up quickly, and at one point there were no clean plates available. Nothing that spoiled the stay, just a small thing that would lift the experience if the team kept a closer eye on it. Overall a comfortable, well kept hotel with friendly staff. We would happily stay again."

"Great value stop over when travelling north through Wales. We were looking for a family room for one night and could see that it was a busy weekend with very little availability across north Wales. Plas Coch was available, great price and decent big room for the three of us. Ok, so it could do with a lick of paint and a polish in a few places but it was clean, well situated and the staff were helpful in helping us park. Perfect for our needs, thank you."
