"The common areas are old and worn but the room was clean. Breakfast was typical and fine. There are several places to get food within walking distance (although there is no crosswalk at the busy intersection. Not the hotel's fault but it would be nice)"

"Surprised, as you walked into the lobby several mattresses were stacked and an air conditioner on a pallet. We paid over 267.00 for the room which wasn’t anything great for the cost. Evidently. There was a function going on for the rate paid. As we were looking for a room last minute this hotel was rated 8/10. I would give it a 5/10 if that."

"Parking is across street, not convenient for checking in and out. Elevators are only available with your key card and only one of two worked. No stairway access to rooms so even lower floors need to use the elevator and when one was out it took 10 minutes to get up to your room. Parking is extra $5 per day."

"Rooms were dirty, property was dirty. We had to change rooms 3 times. 1st room the TV did not work, our 2nd room was already occupied and our 3rd room there was no coffe pot and the AC did not work. The "Free Breakfast" consisted of cereal. We will not stay at the Days Inn in Cedar Falls Iowa again."
