"Amazing hotel with VERY HELPFUL staff. Girl friend forgot where she parked the car, then to top it off she lost the keys. Hotel staff tried to open car once they found it. They were unsuccessful so they arranged a locksmith to open it and make a new key."

"We had a breakfast included with our stay. Housekeeping did an amazing job with the cleanlinessof the hotel and out room. There were some issues with the hot water when taking a shower but it was tolerable. Played a few rounds in the casino which was fun. Over all the staff went out of their way to give the customer a great experience!"

"The place was clean and comfortable for two people max. The only downside is the communication between the host. It takes at least 24hrs to get a reply back. Honestly, if you are staying for few days 5 days max, it should be no problem as you would not need cleaning or fresh towels. I would have given this place 5 out of 5 if I was staying for 5 days or less. I booked for almost a month. If you stay more than a week then I recommend looking for other places as communication is poor. I asked for cleaning once a week but not once did they clean the place to vacuum even when I asked for it. They only changed bed sheets and gave one towel per week. Also there is a swimming pool and they only give one towel per person. They should give one towel for bathroom shower and one for the swimming pool. I literally had to beg every week for extra towels. So my verdict is that if you stay 5 days or less this is a great place. Stay more than that then I suggest somewhere else."
