Bath towel had stain on it. Face towel not available. Robe looks overly used. Breakfast buffet selection average compared to other five star hotels I've stayed before. Some of the local delicacies ran out at 8am.

Line up is ridiculous coz they don’t mentioned that they need ID of all adults so everyone checking in goes back and forth looking for the IDs of their companion.
