Great place to go slow and enjoy the island life.

Super helpful staff and lovely accommodations. The location is great, just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants Caye Caulker has to offer. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Tree Tops. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Audre was incredibly helpful in recommending restaurants and activities and setting up a snorkeling tour. Can't say enough good things!

The space was very clean and beautifully decorated. Audrey the host was phenomenal, always making sure we were comfortable and giving us information / advice about the area. Access to a water source and bikes were a definite plus. This place is a great home away from home, highly recommend!

Audre was a huge help, even arranged our taxi and water taxi for us from the airport. Nice, clean room, with plenty around to do. The swim up bar next door was one of the best parts- go see my buddy Brayan over there and get with Captain G with Nemo’s Adventures for a day of fun snorkeling, fishing, and checking out the other islands! Definitely will be back!

Nicely renovated and Serene

This place newlly renovated but well worth it, if you like more quiet side of town. There are bikes that are accessible and will be good transportation to see town. Audrey was informative and friendly.

Upon arrival the host was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Caye Caulker was my choice to spend a relaxing birthday on barefoot island, with great people and a laid back vibe. My room was decorated with a birthday touch, and love the decor. It was such experience and loved the location slightly away from the strip but near restaurants and the reggae bar. I will be returning for sure. Thank you TTH

Fantastic place

We stayed in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment with a nice view of the ocean, and it was perfect! Great terrace that was well furnished. Quiet neighborhood, but only a few minutes to walk to restaurants and bars near by. Plenty of free bikes to borrow, that we often used. Lovely little island to bike around. Audre working there was a gem, and very helpful in arranging transportation and activities. The hotels beach was lovely. Would absolutely recommend

Audre was super helpful, going above and way beyond getting us set up with tours and taxis and everything we needed. The room was tasteful and spacious. We loved the back balcony. There was always a nice breeze. The AC is not needed but works well and is quite. The place seems newly remodeled. The hotel is perfectly located in that it is close enough to walk into "town" but far enough that its quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a delightful stay at Treetops. It's a beautiful property, the sunset room was well laid out with everything we needed for our stay. Some of the best features at Treetops are the small beach directly out in front of the property, and the rooftop hammocks which are the perfect way to relax a bit as you wind down your day. Just a few minutes walk south of the water taxi dock, it strikes a good balance of being close to a lot of the restaurants and attractions on Caye Caulker while remaining pretty quiet. Audre at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and will make sure you're set up with anything you need for your stay. The snorkeling boat we had booked hadn't gotten back to us by the time we checked in, and Audre had a recommendation offhand for us and did all the work to set it up for us. A great stay.

Hotel’s staff communicated very politely and proactively. Our understanding (which is very subjective, of course 😊) of “private beach” was the access to beach where one can swim, enjoy the water , and do a little bit of very elementary snorkeling. What was offered to us is more of an access to water where none of the above listed activities can be done. To sum up, we realised that the term “private beach” was used very loosely in the description of this property.

Audre, the manager was so easy to communicate with, anttentive, and ensured we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The hotel is on the quieter end of the island. Nothing is a far walk and there were bikes available on a FCFS basis. This hotel has no pool but we made use of a resort a block away with a pool by buying drinks and food when we felt like a dip poolside. Our apartment was so clean and felt safe. Water pressure is very low (conserving water of course) but challenging to shower. Bed was very firm but comfortable and great pillows. Thanks for a fantastic stay, Audre and team.

Our stay at Treetops Hotel was nothing short of amazing! The hotel itself is impeccably clean, incredibly cozy, and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Located right in front of the beach, we enjoyed the luxury of direct beach access, complete with comfortable lounging chairs perfect for soaking in the sun and sea views. Everything we could possibly need was within walking distance, including fantastic restaurants, convenient grocery stores, exciting tour options, and charming gift shops. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary use of bikes, allowing us to explore the picturesque island of Caye Caulker at our own pace. It added a lovely touch of adventure to our trip. The host, Audre, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was extraordinary. Her friendliness, helpfulness, and knack for making guests feel genuinely welcome were truly remarkable. Thanks to her, we embarked on the best snorkeling tour of our Belize trip. She even managed to secure a last-minute dinner reservation for us at Pasta per Caso, an absolute must-visit restaurant known for its mouthwatering, freshly made pasta. Our experience at Treetops Hotel was unforgettable. We are already looking forward to our next visit, confident that it will be just as incredible, if not more so. If you're planning a trip to Caye Caulker, Treetops Hotel is, without a doubt, the perfect place to stay.

The Blue Hole Apt. Was beautifully furnished. The pictures do not do it justice ! It has all the homey amenities- dishwasher, coffee machine, stove, ice maker and fresh water tower. The property is within walking distance of lots of food spots, bars, excursion companies and is a short golf cart ride away from the split. Lovely place to stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were spotless and nicely decorated. The pool was an amazing place to go when it was windy and for the afternoon sun and break . Treetops was easy access to town with walking or biking. I would definitely stay here again

Relaxing at the Treetops

We loved our three relaxing nights in the Treetops suite! We enjoyed our morning coffee from our patio with a view of the gulf! The manager, Audre was very helpful going above and beyond with helpful information. The staff was also friendly and engaging. My husband loved viewing the night sky from the rooftop patio. The Treetops is a easy walk into town for restaurants and snorkeling trips. We enjoyed the walks along the coast in both directions.
